Dennis Dawson has over twenty two years experience designing; developing and implementing change management and learning solutions. He specializes in developing business transformation programs for companies ranging from small start ups to Fortune 50 global organizations. Mr. Dawson has managed global business transformation and ERP change management strategies and implementations in the defense, technology, consumer & industrial products, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals industries. He has project managed and executed business transformation programs that have been comprised of process design, organizational design, stakeholder management, organizational change, communications, education, training and knowledge management impacting employees populations from 500 – 50,000.

Timothy Rice, Partner
Tim Rice has twenty five years experience in industries ranging from retail, consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, and staffing services. He specializes in development, project management and implementation of organizational transformation programs for companies ranging from small start-up organizations to Fortune 50 global organizations. The organizational transformation programs that Mr. Rice has delivered include executive coaching, organization design and transition, in-depth stakeholder management, communications, education, training and measurement components for populations ranging from 20 - 50,000 employees.
